Specifically we had Sean Estabrook in customer service of the Tech department help us. He explained how they work compared to our deep cycle batteries. He also asked us which components we had to see what we would need to be successful in changing to the lithium batteries. Through emails and phone calls we were able to take his information and check our components in our 2022 Ahara 5th wheel trailer. He was specific in where we would look and find a tiny switch on our Progressive Dynamics control board to switch it to the lithium setting and if our board did not have it he had an alternate way that would take care of changing to the new batteries. We feel we have so much more information and knowledge on the Battle Born Lithium batteries and we are looking forward to many years of use with them.
